This place was incredibly sketchy, had illegal gambling in the back going on when i dropped the tru k off. Furthermore they didnt check me in at all and the lady called me two days later in a panic like you beed to bring the truck back. No
christopher jHave the requested/confirmed moving dolly onsite. All they had was an appliance dolly which made my move an absolute nightmare. They also charged me more for that dolly than the one I confirmed with my reservation. The move took me twice as long and when I went to return the equipment, the gas station, which is the location for U-Haul did not have any fuel, and none of the pumps were working. So I had to drive an additional 4 miles just to put adequate fuel back into the tank, which cost me even more money. I’d like to be refunded for the dolly and for the additional mileage charge. ckinzy59@gmail.com This was a terrible experience.
Chris KWas originally scheduled to pick up at a different location and UHaul called me to move it to this other location. This second location did not have the dolly I reserved. The guy told me to go back to the first location. Frustrating experience.
Shady EI won’t be using U-Haul again.
