Informed I would be 15 minutes past due time and asked if I’d be charged extra and he said no as long as you return it by 11:20 which I did. Then he went and charged me extra day anyways. He told me on the phone he had another reservation at 12 noon and as long as I returned by 11:20 no extra charge. He charged me an extra day anyways, but smiled to my face that he wouldn’t.
