Pretty easy check-in and return process. Vehicle was clean and had a full tank of gas. The location is up on a hill and the parking area was tight with no place to park my personal vehicle. Fortunately, it wasn't a busy day and only 1 other customer was there and was able to fit their car too, though it was very tight.

Everything went well and as expected. The only annoying part was the reservation because they changed my reservation and pick up location 3 times because “there is no available trucks”. Like seriously, isn’t the point of having a reservation is to make sure that there is a truck reserved for me?
