The van was extremely dirty inside and out. The cabin smelled and was full of dust and grime. The inside of the windshield was filthy. The van was not in good shape considering t had under 7k miles
Jimmy CHad no issues renting, picking up and drop off. Truck rental was ready to go as soon as I arrived. Joel did a great job answering questions during the rental and drop off process. Quick and painless.
FREDERICK EOverall, it started out pretty rough had a truck where the cabin was not working properly however, I was able to get quick results and help from upper management to resolve the issue and they also took care of me at the end so overall I was pleased when I rent from them again yes, I would due to the quickness of the matter at hand and how they all came together and resolved it.
