I had scheduled a pickup for 8:00 at a location that opens at 7:00 (Valencia Street). Instead they switched the truck the night before to this location that opens at 10. There was no one there and It was unclear who to call and we wasted 30 minutes just figuring out how to pick up the truck.

Jeff BU-Haul is having a problem with theft in the San Francisco area. As a result the pick up truck was not available for my scheduled time. U-Haul upgraded my rental at no additional cost.
