CHARLES BMobile access was ridiculous! Couldn’t get pictures of truck to upload. After a hour of trying I said heck with it! We took the U-Haul on home to open the truck and find bugs…. Live roaches I reported it to the chat since only option at the time since location was closed. Ended up having to bug bomb the bugs and roaches. Then clean the U-Haul top to bottom before even proceeding to pack. We lost 6 hours of use time due to 4 hour bomb and two hours of cleaning just the box part of the truck. I will never use U-Haul again. They did nothing for me when i reached out to them about the problem. I honestly think a partial refund would be best option for this to make it right. It’s a shame this is how people do business!
