There was confusion on the booking which only gave me a 2 day option which I didn’t need so I asked if it was possible to be reimbursed for the time not used(I picked up around 2pm and dropped off at the return location around 10am the next morning). I was told yes that it shouldn’t be a problem and that a note was left on the reservation regarding this. Now I’m told one way pick ups are a flat rate with no reimbursement for time not used, I would never have set this up and paid what I did if that was made clear. Everyone has been extremely friendly but doesn’t change the misinformation.
