I had no complaints about the dealer that provided the trailer I rented. I am extremely dissatisfied with the traffic department that messed up the schedule and location of the trailer. U haul does not want my business, next time like this will be the last. Mike Fitzgerald

WE were to pick up a truck at Sheree BOxes at 8:15am. There was no truck at that time. Corporate did not have a truck in Brunswick so we had to go 40 miles out of our way. I want to know about the UHAUL guarantee and giving me $50. We were under a timeline to have moving helpers com at $50/hr and needed have the truck at 8:15am. Thank goodness for Bill in Darien. He gave us the best service in spite of UHAUL corporate making a mess of our move. I will not recommend UHAUL to anyone at this point unless corporate makes it right with me.

They don't know how to do the proper paperwork and charge you for things that aren't in your reservation. I won't rent from above place ever again.

The truck we rented had a problem with the uhaul/tow gear. The truck kept shifting into the low gear and I kept thinking the transmission was going out. Practically the whole trip was made with the engine sounding as if it was in first gear. We were also told that we could drop the truck off at the nearest location to us at our destination. but when we tried to we were told that we had to leave it at the location on the paperwork which was fifteen miles further than the nearest location. Why would we be routed to a destination that was farther away than any other location?
