While the rig was spotless inside the cab, the outside was really dirty; particularly the windshield, windows and front end/lights, etc. It looked like it was in the worst "bug swarm" ever seen. The staff is very nice, but they run short-handed as the U-Haul location is tied to their liquor store business and so the staff is multitasking between the two and so wait times in line for check in/check out can be very long.
