ANNEMARIE VYou have gone to a mostly self service model putting all the work on the customer. Your logistics are shifty and the equipment is nothing special. Not sure how your company will survive with such a weak value proposition.
stephen hI reserved a certain uhaul, when I got to the location, they said “oh sorry our website is messed up” I had to drive 30 min away to only rent a different uhaul, then was charged $300 for dropping it off at a location near me. I’ve reached out so many times and everyone is supposed to call me back, still haven’t heard anything, meanwhile I spent $300 on a $29 rental.
