I did the rental and return in store rather than online. The staff at the location were very nice but not trained on how to use the U-Haul rental system. This resulted in errors and extra charges on my credit card as a result. Proper training ensures things are done right, saves everyone time and avoids complaints afterwards. If you use this location just make sure you know how to do everything online yourself.
