I am a small woman and had to remove the trailer and try to push it in the line with all of the other rentals as this is a self serve location. Not a single person there to help. And the app would not work to return it, so had to call to get it checked in.
JENNIFER EIt was so easy and convenient. Our next move will be with U-Haul from Noble Mobility!!!
Connie GRented a truck and was a little late on the return. Called in and was told that if I return the vehicle 5pm on the return day I wouldn’t get charged for an extra day. Returned it by 5pm and still got charged. Multiple follow up calls, was told someone was gonna call me back like 3-4 days ago, no one called just kept blowing me off. Called 1800-Uhaul and still no resolution.
