The trailer was flirty! Had to clean it before we could even use it! No one available to help lift it on the hitch and extremely heavy!

The area is filthy and unprofessional in appearance. The truck we used was dirty and unkept. I used this truck less than 15 miles and less than 2 hours during my rental. It was warm so I had the A/C going. Everything was fine for a few miles until I received a message on the dash telling me the motor was over heating and to turn off the A/C. I immediately turned the heat on high as to pull the heat away from the motor. That seemed to cool it down enough to cause the message to disappear. It happened again on my way to take the truck back. If I was going to use that truck for more distance and time than I did, I have no doubt it would have overheated and I would have been stranded. I reported the challenges to the man I spoke with on the phone. He advised they would have someone look at it. I know I didn't use enough fuel to cause the fuel needle to move, but the truck was so low on fuel, that I put some in it just so the next person wouldn't risk the possibility of running out of fuel. I am an avid U-haul consumer and have been for many years. This truck, however, was not up to standard. The man I spoke with on the phone was kind and helpful, but the experience was not what I am used to with U-haul.

Jon RI think if you rent a truck for day and you bring it back early you should get some type of refund and plus you bring back with more gas then it had should count for something. Because you get back in your system to rent it out again . Rewards your value customers.
GERALD SVery hard to find and no one onsite. They were very good at returning calls and information. I returned it at 2:40pm on 11/28 (the day I rented it) but no one there to tell.
