Owner at the location is so rude and nasty. You park at the business designated parking and threatens to tow you. Won’t help with final inspection when you want to return car. I’ve rented easily over 100 uhauls and never had this experience. Gives the brand a BAD name.

Make sure you clean the truck well before giving it to your clients. This truck has blood stains and remains of police "evidence" tape. Seems like someone was shot inside the truck cabin but blood was never properly cleaned.
