It's very congested and not easy to find. Plus the phone doesn't ring it always go to voicemail. I was charged additional money and I can't reach a person to discuss it

JEFFREY VI paid for a dolly and there wasn’t one included. The lock is hard to maneuver as well, a complete stranger who was sitting in the shadows had to help me get it open. I had to scramble to get something to be able to move my boxes, which of course cost me additional money.
Charleta JOwner at the location is so rude and nasty. You park at the business designated parking and threatens to tow you. Won’t help with final inspection when you want to return car. I’ve rented easily over 100 uhauls and never had this experience. Gives the brand a BAD name.
SHMUEL PMake sure you clean the truck well before giving it to your clients. This truck has blood stains and remains of police "evidence" tape. Seems like someone was shot inside the truck cabin but blood was never properly cleaned.
