There is no one on location full time so as a 71 yr old I had to lift the trailer to hook up. Someone finally showed up to help but he wasn’t much help. I asked to rent from Easy Pay Tire because I knew they had employees to help hook up but when you sent rental agreement you changed me! So why the heck did you do that????????????????????????????
