I would recommend making this a more seemless experience with clearer and more concise instructions on how to complete a rental from a facility such as this.
Brittany BNo one was there to help. Guy inside said he knew nothing about u haul just that you leave the truck outside. Not a safe well lit area. Truck was not checkin for weeks company kept calling me to return truck when it was returned the same day as pickup!

CHRISTOPHER JIt’s a liquor store/gas station and they knew nothing about UHaul rentals and returns. You’re on your own here.
