Inside of trailer was not cleaned. I had to sweep out before I could put my furniture inside.

We booked a 6x12 and our location was changed multiple times then they changed our reservation to a 5x8. We drove 2 hours to edmonton and had to then drive another almost 2 hours to daysland then 2 more hours back to where we moved. Horrible service, poor planning, unreliable and irritating. This happened to us in September as well when we moved.

ROBERT PTraining. Staff were ill equipped to complete the transaction. Charged me for moving blankets, which I didn't request or take. When I returned the rental I was reimbursed for the blankets but not the gst on the blankets. It was quite an experience. I can't imagine if I were in the middle of moving my house. This would have been very stressful. Please train your staff.
