Tells me I exceeded expected km and charges me 200 bucks. I went the exact expected distance I intended to go. I needed to pick a shipment up from. Edmonton and back and that exceeded km boo to this company and sneaking in fees

Ken DThis location made me feel uncomfortable. They seemed to need way more info than the last time I rented a trailer from U-Haul. Also the attendant did everything through his cell phone and could only email me a copy. I had ordered 24 blankets but he only had 6. Definately not the service I am used to from UHaul.
Lawrence JThis facility was not set-up to properly care for any maintenance that would be needed on the equipment.
Richard HI was charged for items that I didn't ask for, or received. Pads and utility cart was added by the client representative at the Daysland u-hual location. I would appreciate a refund.
