There was no one to receive the keys, we left them in a designated mailbox, however the door to the place was open but there was a table blocking the entry, we tried calling out for someone, no one answered. We also tried calling without answer. We had to call U-Haul customer service to make sure it was safe to leave keys. (Pretty sketchy overall in my opinion). I didn't feel sure enough to leave keys and truck rental until customer service employee reassured me that it was okay.

Completely remove that guy from your roster for representing UHaul, absolutely disrespectful, hostile and violent. The man has no idea how to communicate with people, forced me into a broken down uhaul with a window I couldn’t see out of. The fellow would not refund my purchase so I can use the right debt/credit card, rushed me out the door no paperwork no receipts until the last minute. Glass was blowing in my face as I was driving it. Wouldn’t set me up with a different uhaul and different spot did not have my apiciance dolly like was stated to, only used less miles one day stil got charged for the three and 560, the guy was violating my rights I have witnesses video of the situation the guy was completely rude.
Kyle DI had a reservation for 7:00 pm. When I arrived, the young man wasn't there. I waited 50 minutes for him. When he finally arrived, he was very unfriendly and spoke to me as if I were bothering him. I requested a two-room truck, and he told me he didn't have the keys to the two-room truck and that I should take the smaller one. I agreed because I needed it. During the service briefing, he told me not to put gas in the truck and to return it with the amount of gas that was on the dashboard. I ended up putting gas in it because he returned it with an empty tank, and I returned it with the same amount of gas he had given me. The next day I received a text message from him saying I was going to be charged a gas fee because I had given him the gas tank less than a 1/4 even though he had given it to me almost empty. I called him to complain because he told me not to give him more gas than he had given him, and he said I was tconfusing him and hung up on me. Be careful with this place... you're sure to have a bad experience, the guy is irresponsible and a scammer.
Christopher DDirty truck and was rude to me to read the sign but I just got there and it took me a while to even find the place because I have never been here before. He kept saying ,”READ THE SIGN, FOLLOW DIRECTIONS” over and over like I was dumb. I get, I do, but he was a but rude about it. Thankful he helped me, but could have been nicer. Truck was dirty. There was a half filled water bottle, an abandoned cigarette in the cup holder and trash/receipts. I through them away.
