First off my truck was filthy and not available at 8:00 a.m.! I called and was on hold for a call back got the call back and then I was on hold again and then he transferred me to get a $50 credit because my truck was not ready and no one was there the place doesn't even open until 9:00, I did the mobile thing could not find the keys anywhere and then when the gentleman that I spoke to transferred me for the $50 credit it just rang and rang and rang and then I finally got a recording and they said they had to transfer me to another department and no one answered that phone. I use U-Haul a lot as I buy and sell items and large auctions I'm absolutely rethinking this now I may just go to Penske!

John SAll websites said drop off location was open until 11pm, but it was empty, closed, and locked. There was no drop box. Phone calls don’t go through. We were encouraged to come back tomorrow to drop off keys, but we live over an hour away. It took close to TWO HOURS to come to a resolution, which was to lock the keys in the truck cab. Thoroughly disappointed.
Julie dThere was no one to receive the keys, we left them in a designated mailbox, however the door to the place was open but there was a table blocking the entry, we tried calling out for someone, no one answered. We also tried calling without answer. We had to call U-Haul customer service to make sure it was safe to leave keys. (Pretty sketchy overall in my opinion). I didn't feel sure enough to leave keys and truck rental until customer service employee reassured me that it was okay.
