Worker Claimed I failed to return keys when I did return keys in the drop box. Worker also claimed that he was trying to get ahold of me and my additional driver which was not true. When I finally got ahold of the worker, he stated that we never returned keys and when I asked if he can verify again and check cameras he seemed bothered by it and never confirmed that he watched camera footage. He stated that he would give me a call back for an update, which he did not. I had to call him, he claimed that he found the keys on the ground underneath the tire of my uhaul. I returned my uhaul on Saturday but this situation was brought to my attention on Monday morning. The worker that I called that day wasn’t helpful and I did not appreciate that he accused me of losing the keys two days after I had returned the keys and uhaul.
