Michael SI was not pleased with the billing process. Due to inclement weather and very heavy traffic i was 1/2 hour late in returning the vehicle. Although I understand you have rules, I find it very excessive to charge for a full day rental and insurance without even taking into consideration of unforeseen circumstances. You are in the people business; you need to train your associates to solve problems far more effectively than what I experienced.
