I was not pleased with the billing process. Due to inclement weather and very heavy traffic i was 1/2 hour late in returning the vehicle. Although I understand you have rules, I find it very excessive to charge for a full day rental and insurance without even taking into consideration of unforeseen circumstances. You are in the people business; you need to train your associates to solve problems far more effectively than what I experienced.

The drop point is a gas station & the attendant didn't know anything about UHaul when I called for clarification on where to park the 26' truck.

ROBERT LThe cab was fairly clean but the outside and window was peppered with smashed bugs. Also, I had reserved 36 moving blankets with the rental and only received 5. When I asked the guy about where the balance of the blankets were he said. That’s all I have. The reservation was not fulfilled properly with no offer in his part to assist.
JOHN ETruck was a mess and the gas tank was almost empty.
