Employees both indicated they weren’t trained for the U-Haul transactions and it took them nearly 30 minutes to locate the keys for the vehicle. One of them even told me it wasn’t her responsibility to keep track of the keys.

I was disappointed I had to wait about 15 minutes for the one person who does the rentals to finally arrive at work when my appointment was at 9 a.m. I feel that should have been respected but once there she was quick and got me processed.
