I was over charged. I rented the U-Haul for 1 day and was charged for 5 days. I was over charged by $200.87. I have submitted this it to my credit card company for fraud. I did not authorize any charge but for the 1 day. I rented it at 2pm on 12/21/2025 and dropped it off on 12/22/2025 before 2pm. I am very frustrated with this whole ordeal over a U-Haul van, which was not what I wanted to rent in the 1st place. I originally wanted a truck because it had a ramp, but of course I was again lied to and got the van instead which did not have a ramp and made my moving experience horrible and very difficult. This U-Haul is located at Access storage, and they have security cams everywhere. It should show me there when I checked out and when I checked in. Also, if you want to improve a customer's experience how about charge correctly and don't steal people's hard-earned money.

Everything went smooth, but the app usage I took a picture like it say it, but it wouldn’t let me upload a picture I had already taken and by then it was too late to add the picture, but the sales person was able to fix it
