Access Self Storage management was excellent!! Uhaul on the other hand, is trash. This Tobias Zavala person over stepped and changed our truck check in with incorrect information after David (manager) had already completed our check in. Tobias, uhauls AFM, changed our check in to Ohio. We live in Texas, had barely 30 miles driven, and now we're billed overage. We called uhaul to discuss it and was on hold for over an hour before hanging up.
