When picking up our rental. It was heavily suggested that we return the rental before 5pm because they had someone else that wanted to rent it. Luckily, we were actually able to have it returned well before that time. However, we had only driven it approximately 4 to 5 miles total and were charged an additional $7 upon return and when we questioned this we were then told they could not help us and that the manage would not be back until 2 pm. The young man that helped us with returning the vehicle could definitely be more professional and work on his customer service skills. Otherwise, the truck was great and the price minus the addition hidden fee was a great deal!
