No one was available to give me any paperwork showing I returned all equipment in the condition I rented it in or that the gas tank was full. I counted on honesty. UHaul does not have a good record of that with me from Columbia MO a few years ago. I was pleasantly surprised surprised that you sent me this survey that indicates it was accepted when the lady got back from the family member’s baby birth.

Loren SI rented Tow Dolly. It was the roughest riding Tow Dolly I’ve ever rented. It bounced like hell all the way to my destination and all the way back. I drove four hours with a bouncing Tow Dolly…. I would like a refund.
