There was no one there when I dropped off the trailer, it was after hours. My parents dropped the truck off the next day and the people working were super friendly.

MELISSA FStaff needs to be more familiar with the equipment. I had a 1⅞" ball on my hitch. They said I needed a 2" ball and I had to buy one. Since I was on a schedule I bought one from them. When I looked at the tag on the hitch later it clearly stated it would work with both a 1⅞" and a 2" ball. Needless to say, I was not happy!!!
