We wanted an in person experience, not a remote/on line pickup. The store was not open mid afternoon, as we tried to go the day before to handle needed pick up information. We would not have been able to remotely pick up the truck had it not been for Patty, the agent that we reached for assistance via phone call. She walked us through every step and we can't thank her enough.

Back up light on driver side not working properly.
Dorothea MThis was a drop off location with no person to see. It’s not the greatest area in terms of visibility while dropping off, but it was no hassle and the tea drop was easy to locate.
TIFFANY AI wasn’t able to extend my rental because it was rented to someone else the same day after me just because I had not selected that time slot. That’s completely ridiculous and doesn’t allow me to complete my tasks if I need to extend my rental.
