I rented a tow dolly. I couldn't help but notice the trucks parked when I picked up and more when I returned it. Probably the cleanest fleet of any UHAUL facility I've ever seen. Even the rims and tires.

I called the U-Haul number looking to rent a dolly and see if there was a dolly in Defiance or Napoleon. I spent 5 minutes on the phone answering ridiculous questions. I just wanted to know if there was a dolly in defiance or Napoleon that I could rent. I ended up hanging up and calling locations directly to find a dolly. Very frustrating and cumbersome process to dess add l directly with U-Haul
