Was forced to return the trailer 45 minutes from my destination despite requesting a closer location. The location closed at 11am so no help was available unhitching the trailer. Was charged an after hours fee and was told that I needed to download an app to return the trailer, never defined by any of the staff.

George CWas told if I returned trailer early I would save the cost of an additional day. Seems that was not the case. You need to stand behind what you tell customers.
