I scheduled my pickup time for 2PM. Uhaul changed my location but my new pickup location did not open until 3pm, so I had to wait an additional hour at pickup location to get my trailer. At 3PM when I was able to pickup, I was told I must adhere to the 2pm return time on return date regardless of the late pickup time induced by Uhaul and BJs bait with seeking my approval. I find that this particular location has hours that do not adequately serve my needs and therefore will not be used or recommended by me in the future. Furthermore, regarding Uhaul making a change of pickup location is cause for me to seek another rental option in the future. My choice of pickup location was planned specifically based on passed good experience and personal convenience as well as preference. The change may have been necessary, but it created an experience for me that causes me to reconsider what rental company I will utilize in the coming months and years. Thank you.
