Very rude when dropping of the truck. Customer service is needed here. Almost turned me off on uhaul as a whole. But customer service was there for the rescue.

Lady was very rude upon returning uhual
JOSEPH MThe back of the truck was dirty, the clerk did not tell me about completing some needed info that would be sent via text message before leaving the lot (and we did not see it until later that day), nor did she email a receipt for the boxes we purchased (which were MORE THAN twice the normal price at any U-Haul location), and when I called to get a receipt sent to me, the person I spoke to was very rude.
Jacqueline BMy wife dropped the trailer off. The lady inside told her to park it and unhitch it herself. The parking lot is small and very crowded. The lady never came out to help guide her into a tight space or help her life the trailer off of the hitch. This is completely unacceptable. What is my wife was an older person and could not lift the trailer. If BJs Bait shop is going to be a drop off location, they should be willing to get off of their butt and come outside to help.
