DOUG CCell phone coverage at both locations made it almost impossible to use mobile app, waited 45 minutes for stupid website to load and upload pictures. Should of had a WiFi login and password at these locations
Steven BVery rude when dropping of the truck. Customer service is needed here. Almost turned me off on uhaul as a whole. But customer service was there for the rescue.
