This is the food Mart. There was only one person and it took me 30 minutes to get checked out something that should’ve been less than 10 minutes.

Location felt unsafe. Truck was dirty and smelled like cigarettes. Clerk was nice but not really sure about what the process was. You changed my location to this place of business. I won’t rent with you again.
Karen DAlmost 45 minutes to get truck ..merchant had to call someone to complete transaction ...request appliance dolly go a regular dolly ...merchant did not check truck with me ....upon return merchant called after taking truck back.and stated moving pads were missing ..never got pads and did not request pads ....terrible location
Steven GEquipment tongue and lock were not operating correctly and after I filled ALL information out on line before hand I still had to do it all over again on his cell phone.
Kevin MOnly complaint is trailer light cables towards front of trailer are frayed, they are hanging by a thread. Lights did work my whole rental time and trailer was clean
