Send customers elsewhere. Location was terrible. Staff unhelpful. They told me to back trailer up, park it, and unhitch it by myself. I spent my entire cross country move avoiding all possibility of needing to back up the trailer. No assistance from staff was offered or given, even after I asked. No clear direction where/how to park trailer. Would never use location again for UHaul services.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkBecareful, they demanded I put away the trailer in a tight spot behind gas pumps with a 26 foot trailer or have me towed at my own drop off spot. They are either scared to backup trailers or crooks trying to make you cause damage. Never seen worse service in my life, owner was screaming literally screaming, i was like okay, i can do it for you, lol. Never again.
James CI made my U\-Haul reservation at a location that was very convenient because it was close to my storage unit\. The location only opened at 10 AM, so I waited until then to pick up the truck\. When I arrived, the truck was there and everything was ready, but the person responsible for the location simply did not show up because it was his birthday\. I received no call or email informing me that my reservation could not be fulfilled\. This caused me to lose time and drive additional miles that were not planned\. Thankfully, the U\-Haul Customer Service representative was extremely professional and helped me find another location\. The second location was also excellent—the employee was quick, efficient, and very polite\. However, the first location’s behavior was completely unacceptable and very unprofessional\. Customers should not be left without service or notice because an employee decided not to work on a day when reservations had been made\. This experience was extremely frustrating and caused unnecessary inconvenience and expense.
Cibely AThe manager at this location, Pratish, was extremely unprofessional and rude. Based on my experience, I would not rent from or recommend this location to anyone. Due to the layout of the parking lot and the heavy rain earlier that day, there were very few suitable places to return the trailer. Instead of helping find a reasonable solution, the manager raised his voice, stating “That’s not my problem” threatened to refuse the return in the system, and said he would charge my card. A situation that could have been handled professionally was made unnecessarily stressful because of his attitude and lack of customer service.
