Almost 45 minutes to get truck ..merchant had to call someone to complete transaction ...request appliance dolly go a regular dolly ...merchant did not check truck with me ....upon return merchant called after taking truck back.and stated moving pads were missing ..never got pads and did not request pads ....terrible location

Equipment tongue and lock were not operating correctly and after I filled ALL information out on line before hand I still had to do it all over again on his cell phone.
Kevin MOnly complaint is trailer light cables towards front of trailer are frayed, they are hanging by a thread. Lights did work my whole rental time and trailer was clean

John LI think the man I dealt with was the owner and I left in tears. He was not only rude and abrasive, but he was also yelling, YELLING at me. Telling me I was rude and talking to my son-in-law trying to justify his yelling at me. I have never been treated like that in my life by a total stranger whom I was paying for something. When we arrived, he told me the website was down and we would have to wait. When I questioned what he meant, he started yelling. The last thing he yelled was that if we were one minute past six, he would charge me another day. I would never go back there. I immediately called U-Haul upon leaving and the man on the phone was great. He assured me that the owner couldn't charge me. I received my receipt and it looks correct. Moving is a very stressful thing that people do. If this man gets angry that fast, he may not be the best to represent U-Haul.
