When returning the vehicle I purchased a vape & sparkling water both were rung up. a 1 hr later of leaving I got a phone call from Kamel stating I didn’t pay for the water when in fact it was rung up. I was told by kamel his boss called after watching the video & stated I didn’t pay for the water. I will not be returning to this location for a U-Haul!

BEN SI was very upset because the original location on Spring Garden was suppose to have a 15" ready for me at 8:30 and when I got there I was told there were no keys to any of the trucks so I was given a phone # to call to find another location and I was told this location on Woodland would have s 15" truck but it turned out they had only a 10" truck. Needless to say I wasn't very happy. I was late for my appt. because I had to drive further away to get this truck.
Patricia BMy truck was returned a day early but was never checked by UhAul and still marked as being late! Not my problem…
