The location of my pickup and drop off was changed twice by Uhaul. I was able to make some minor adjustments with the folks at Bradys. They were very accommodating and easy to work with.

Todd HNo one was there for pickup. I had to wait over 30min. Outside of unit was filthy. Had to turn the wipers on to remove the truck layer of dust so I could see thru windshield.
RAY HI was charged a $25 dollar cleaning fee for a clean truck and a small fee for gas when I had put in gas so it was above the level when picked up
