Super fast, great customer service and very friendly
ANGEL RCharges were not explained very well,I had to jump the truck cause it died on me I moved from my house to storage which is 4 miles round trip and gas tank was in half and I out wmquarter in and after I payed my 115 in beginning I got a call 5 days later and my bill was 300 more dollars somehow signals git crossed on fees now I don't have the m I net to pay I get paid. Once a month due to being dissabled
MICHAEL SThe unmanned process was confusing, cumbersome and frustrating. Had to call the 24/7 number, that was slow. I will say the gentleman from Sunshine Cleaning came by while we were on the phone and was able to help us, thank goodness. I did all the pre work on the app ahead of time and still had to re-enter everything once on site. I hope UHaul can improve the process. Truck worked fine.
