I plan to pick up the car using the app however, the check-in process couldn’t work not on the app and not on the website. I was trying to call support and she couldn’t help. Eventually we went inside of the office and got handled immediately but the process using the app and all the website was horrible.

Delta GCharged me for fuel even though I brought it back fuller than when I picked it up, photos to prove. I called twice to correct the error and also texted photos & gas receipt and have not received refund of the $17 fuel charge. Terrible service.
