They should tell you that there is a link to take photos of the rental before leaving the lot.
WESLEY DI was overcharged for the mileage and the $20 drop off fee and I’m curious about the five dollar Safe return fee or Safe drive fee. Seems like just an extra add-on called u haul and they are looking into refunding me my mileage overcharge and they have returned the $20 drop off fee as well
les aI would recommend a person move their items with their tongue across country before stepping foot into this facility or using U-Haul as an own. I will straight up hurl myself off of a cliff before using U-Haul and will be sure to share my experience publicly because nobody deserves this kind of snake behaviour.
Lloyd KShop didn't tell me it's a big fee to return to another location!. Only found out when it was returned. So the $30 rental was actually $123! Bad practice no to inform customer.
