The CSR did not provide a receipt. She did not check the truck back in as being returned causing additional 1 day charge. Truck was returned on time. I have filed a complaint and requesting a refund

Tammy DThe service person told me there were no blankets at that location. She told me to go to a hual location to get the blankets I ordered. The bed of the truck had mud or something else that was nasty. The cup holders were sticky with spilled drinks.
