Cresean MTwo weeks in a row I was charged 15 dollars for insurance I did not want and did not check off when reserving the trucks they charge you for stuff you did not select they tucked my two weeks in a row but never again I will never rent with uhaul ever again and would never recommend to anybody as I told on my youtube channel it's a rip off
David BThe location was great no issues. I had to check in via an online check in process which was difficult and took 30 minute while they kept trying to verify my information. Then I paid for a dolly and did not receive one. The location was fine, uhaul and their updated check in was the issue.
