Two weeks in a row I was charged 15 dollars for insurance I did not want and did not check off when reserving the trucks they charge you for stuff you did not select they tucked my two weeks in a row but never again I will never rent with uhaul ever again and would never recommend to anybody as I told on my youtube channel it's a rip off

The location was great no issues. I had to check in via an online check in process which was difficult and took 30 minute while they kept trying to verify my information. Then I paid for a dolly and did not receive one. The location was fine, uhaul and their updated check in was the issue.

ANTONIO LScammed out of 70 dollars. I drove my uhaul 14 miles and was charged for 71.9 miles. I rented the truck at 5:45 pm and returned it two hours later at 7:45 pm. They told me I somehow was able to drive 35.95 miles one way, load up my truck, drive it 35.95 miles back. Unload the truck. and then return it in 2 hours flat. Very Disappointing. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION IF YOU CARE ABOUT GETTING SCAMMED!!!
