We ordered an appliance dolly with our initial order and it was not with our truck when we got there. Took 2 hours to get one to that location and we had to go back and get it. Very poor customer service

Bruce SThe truck had a spilled drink in the cab and clearly had not been cleaned.
ALISA PDrop off location was dark and unlit. Key drop box was located at the end of the building and was not very visible unless you had a light shining on it
