The man at Texoma Auto Care said we had to do everything online and he didn’t know anything about hooking up the trailers. So we did our best with the trailer connection to our truck and HOPED the “pickup” was done correctly online. A Uhaul representative later called and told us the contract had not been signed/executed and walked us through the process making sure everything was completed as needed. The rep who called was great, but Texoma Auto Care was terrible.

Equipment was clean, but truck front end felt like it was falling apart, and pulled to the left really bad. A/C only came on intermittently.
