I made a reservation at the local U-Haul dealership. My reservation was changed to this location without notifying me that it would be self-service.
Allen MNo personnel, there by location was very easy to access, was only 4 blocks from my home.
Myrtha KMade the reservation reservation about 10 days ahead of time. Requested an appliance dolly. Was not informed until I arrived for pickup that there were NO dollys of any kind available, so was unable to make other plans to secure the needed dolly.
JEFFREY SI had the pick up for 9am, the store did not open until 20mins later. As if that was not enough, they didn’t have internet access so I couldn’t be checked in. After over 30mins call with U-Haul and no solution, I had to drive to a U-Haul office, they also couldn’t help me neither were they able to give me another truck. I went back to the previous location to check in on the app, then U-Haul network was snail slow, after all set and done they gave me the truck keys, then they trust was trouble, the gear shift was terrible. I have used U-Haul a lot but never experienced a bad service or a not fit truck. Please fix this for future customers. Thanks
