I had the pick up for 9am, the store did not open until 20mins later. As if that was not enough, they didn’t have internet access so I couldn’t be checked in. After over 30mins call with U-Haul and no solution, I had to drive to a U-Haul office, they also couldn’t help me neither were they able to give me another truck. I went back to the previous location to check in on the app, then U-Haul network was snail slow, after all set and done they gave me the truck keys, then they trust was trouble, the gear shift was terrible. I have used U-Haul a lot but never experienced a bad service or a not fit truck. Please fix this for future customers. Thanks

I drove from Denton, Texas to Wichita, Kansas and spent over $150 on gas. I don’t know if the fuel filter needs to be cleaned or what. The check in process took over an hour and it has never took that long
Jamaikia DPlace was not open at pick up time. Had to call uhaul and get an area manager to get our keys. Inside of truck was filthy.
