If I weighed 10 pounds more I literally wouldn't've been able to get into the truck, and there was no employee there to fix that.

TERRANCE Bcould not return the vehicle after hours due to parking being limited in front of the gate. Give the customer a gate code so that along with the contract, So they/she/he may drop the vehicle inside the gate. had to do multiple trips to get the vehicle back, which cost fuel, mileage, & Time. Otherwise, Mickey, the onsite Attendant and Virtual Assistants were very professional and Courteous. Awesome Job.
LAWRENCE SHad to wait for 30 min for property managment to bring me a key to the van . In convinte location . I didnt get my van until 9:30 am only had until 12:30pm being charged for 7 hrs
Danielle BThe virtual manager did nothing to help us and there was no person present at drop off and we got charged a late fee even though we were on time so we had to get a refund and everything was super annoying. Not everyone has smart phones - figure out a way to help people!
