Not having an attended facility caused the pickup and checkin to get the vehicle to be twice as long as when I have picked up from an attended facility before. Not the best experience from tha perspective. The virtual attendants that helped me on return were good help but not the same as a person beign there.

JOSEPH QHorrific experience!! Never again. The property manager called out sick. No one but a virtual check in ridiculous!! I had issues returning the truck on the app. I received a threatening text message they said I never returned the truck in which I did. , no notes put on the the account from the virtual person David I spoke to. because of their miscommunication because of no one on site . I will never go back there again. Question use of Uhaul again. Which is sad because I used them a lot in Florida. The one in Denver sucks
Steven EThe 24-hour truck rental service was awful compared to other locations I’ve done it through. No key to be found for my van. No lock box instructions, no code, and the app told me to go get it inside - even though no one was on-site and this defeats the point of the service. Stood outside in the cold for an hour working to resolve on the phone until finally U-Haul corporate changed my reservation to a truck. Lost an entire hour of my reservation and didn’t get to use the truck for everything I planned. Will not be returning to this location - others have been much more on their game.
ZACHARY PThe gas light was on when I picked up the truck. Had to get gas and pay for the miles in the truck. Unbelievable
