There were no personnel at this site. There was a virtual assistant. Just did the return on my phone. Worked out great. Site was well marked and plenty of space to return the truck

Nobody here to accommodate and hand off keys. Took an additional hour to even get a code to a lock box to get the keys even though it said to pick up from an employee inside. There was some screen lady that tried to help but nothing seemed to work
William HEveryone was super helpful and I really appreciated the help from someone at the counter as there was some confusion surrounding the van I had reserved, and I appreciated their help getting it sorted out.
Christiana Cthe woman at the counter was absolutely useless. she had no idea how to so anything and complained that I didnt have the uhaul app when I walked in. i was basically guilted into downloading the app. when she tried calling anyone above her for help no one answered. it took me almost an hour to get the van i reserved.
ash oSunday the location was closed and I had to come back on Monday. A drop box for Sunday dropoffs would be nice.
