Horrible. I showed up during their posted office hours. They were not present. They called, saying they closed early. Well, how will I unhitch this trailer? "Just leave it" they said. Who can help me get my vehicle safely off the trailer? "We don't provide that service." But I paid for this service! How do I do this safely? Can you tell me how? "No, we don't provide that service, maybe go [somewhere else]". Then you should not have been recommended as a return place. How do I return the rental, if by some miracle I am able to get the car off the trailer? "There is an orange box and an app." I was scared, alone in a parking lot with my kid, and it was turning dark. I was covered in rust and black stuff from the experience. It was HORRIBLE. I need to be compensated for paying for a service that was NOT PROVIDED. Don't call me making excuses. APOLOGIZE!! Thanks for coming to my TED talk.

Joaquin VBog Box Store close to where we needed a cargo van. The store manager was on site and really helpful. Got the van quickly and returned it he came out and did his checks and closed me out fast. His store also a great to browse!
