nicholas sThe location was difficult because the truck was so far away from the lockbox and it was my first time doing mobile check in and check out. Had to go back and forth, photos didnt work when i checked out the truck, and the process was more complicated than getting keys from a person. It needs to be easier not more difficult. the cost was also too high. i could have probably gotten a better rate if I just rented a truck for an entire day at a day rate, not a milage rate.
Stephen PI can’t remember the guy that helped me out but I can’t extend my gratitude to him enough. Who ever was working late on February 22nd at 5:50 ish you’re a saint and you deserve a raise.
