Nobody told me about an afterhours $20.00 service fee. I dropped the truck off at 4:00 PM the same day of rental and it was listed as being returned the next morning at 7:37 AM.

Do not rent from this dealership, they didn’t process the drop off/truck return when they should’ve and I got alerts saying UHAUL would have to report the truck stolen! Thankfully I took photos of everything with time stamps and UHAUL was able to fix the issue but do not rent here or they might get you arrested by not doing their end of the rental!
Tania FWas switched from a closer location to this one. Once I arrived, no one was there and I had to go thru the online process.
Kevin FThey did not leave blankets in the truck as ordered and paid for. Did not open at least 1 hour following opening time. Caused me delay of 3 hours and caused me to be an hour late for my Moving Help appointment Truck cab was clean but windows and mirrors were dirty.
