When I received the truck, it was on less than 1/8 of a tank. It's a convenience store location with gas... they should have filled it up once it got to 1/4 of a tank (in my opinion). The store had "VERY Limited Wi-Fi" but required customers to go online or use the app to add or change services. However, the agents were helpful despite the limits on what they could accomplish in the store.

ASHOQULLAH APlease consider retraining Angel. She was the representative who I spoke to over the phone on 3/10/26’. She works in customer service and who answered my phone call & was very dismissive very broad with her answers and did not care to find answers and solutions for the simple questions that I had and I asked to speak to a supervisor who is Jennifer and Angel stated that Jennifer would give me a call back and I never received a call back. then I spoke to Lorenzo, who was very helpful and answered my simple questions and provided great customer support. I have yet to get a call back from Jennifer, as Angel stated that I would.
Edelmira MU-Haul came with 1/4 of fuel. Inside truck was leaking water so I was unable to put items on the top shelf. U-Haul was not prepared for me. Covered in icy snow parked in mud.
