I was charged two days when I only use the truck one day. The customer service at this location was horrible. Nothing was explained to me truck was checked to make sure it was empty and I was given the key and that was it. I would not recommend this location to anyone. I’ve used U-Haul many times and multiple locations.

Calling U-Haul, making a reservation, scheduling your move, making arrangements, going to get the truck... only to have it at 1/8 of a tank of gas?? DO BETTER!!

FRANK CWhen I received the truck, it was on less than 1/8 of a tank. It's a convenience store location with gas... they should have filled it up once it got to 1/4 of a tank (in my opinion). The store had "VERY Limited Wi-Fi" but required customers to go online or use the app to add or change services. However, the agents were helpful despite the limits on what they could accomplish in the store.
