The guy that helped me was very nice. There was a delay with getting my truck due to them not having the keys. They switched my truck to the same size one but didn’t have correct mileage. I drove 46 miles not 70 that they charged me.
Janee HThe process was fast and easy. The purchase was extremely fast and the return was the same. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the truck. A simple wipe down and a vacuum will go a long way for future rentals.
Lavoyd AI was charged two days when I only use the truck one day. The customer service at this location was horrible. Nothing was explained to me truck was checked to make sure it was empty and I was given the key and that was it. I would not recommend this location to anyone. I’ve used U-Haul many times and multiple locations.
