I was very happy with the service and equipment. I especially appreciate the accommodations. I called only a day before needing the rental and then changed the rental to same day for 2 overnights and Ron made that happen on a promise to return by 3pm. We got our job done and had it back before 3.
DORIS CThe location was excellent. I've rented many U-haul trucks and this one road very rough. Even on smooth roads it has a tendency to bounce up and down. Not sure if there was an issue with the suspension or perhaps the tires, but there is something definitely not right.
